Service Fee: For air tickets purchased at Orbitz.com, a non-refundable fee of up to $7.00 USD per ticket ($11.00 USD for some international destinations) is charged for each air transaction on an airline that pays us a fee or commission, including our charter associates. A non-refundable fee of up to $12.00 USD per ticket is charged on all other airlines ($16.00 USD for some international airlines). These non-refundable fees will be itemized prior to purchase and may be less than the amounts stated above.

In lieu of online service fees, Orbitz will add $15 USD (non-refundable) to each air ticket purchased by phone.

On changes to previously issued tickets that require new tickets to be issued, a $30.00 USD service fee will be charged by Orbitz.

The current maximum number of tickets per transaction is nine. Purchasing more than nine tickets begins a new transaction with its own fees. Orbitz' service fee applies to both e-tickets and paper tickets. A shipping fee also applies to paper tickets. Airfare searches on Orbitz are still free.
