New Suplier Terms

Supplier can give a 10% discount if the Buyer will commit to buy 10,000 pieces over one year and pay within 30 days via bank WFB electronically.

Buyer does not have an active account at WFB.

Buyer has a business policy that any bank used must offer at least .5% interest on any account maintained.

WFB offers such an interest rate on an average balance of $25K.

Buyer treasurer policies determine that deposit is possible if the transaction last no more than three months and ends before the end of March.

All must be determined "on the fly" in order to take advantage of the new opportunity. Not possible to determine without lots of meetings today.
